Designers help shape the creative heart of a project — from early ideas to final delivery. You’ll work closely with directors and senior creative staff on design execution, bring sharp thinking to the table, and push work forward with care and craft. You’re someone who can turn research into ideas, ideas into systems, and systems into beautiful, functional design. You have superb attention to detail, strong communication skills, and you enjoy experimenting with new tools.
At Rudy, designers are collaborators, co-authors, and problem solvers. You’ll help build brands from scratch, refresh established ones, and bring clarity to complex challenges across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints. You’re comfortable working independently but know when to pull others in. You’re curious, culturally tuned-in, and excited by work that has both conceptual depth and visual ambition.
This role will have you:
- Develop and explore brand concepts across identity, typography, color, illustration, motion, and systems thinking.
- Execute design across a range of mediums — digital, social, packaging, print, and environmental — with craftsmanship and clarity.
- Contribute strategically: distill research and messy inputs into clear, actionable creative directions.
- Work closely with Design Directors, strategists, technologists, and collaborators to bring ideas to life.
- Present work internally and externally with confidence, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
- Embrace experimentation, AI-enhanced workflows, and non-linear creative exploration when the work calls for it.
- Maintain high standards for detail, quality, and conceptual integrity throughout the process.
You might be a great fit if:
- You have 2–5 years of experience in branding, digital design, or adjacent creative fields.
- You’re fluent in the fundamentals — layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

Bonus points for:
- Experience with motion, 3D, or illustration
- Familiarity with Figma, AI workflows, prototyping tools, and modern digital design practices
